The age group for Bal-Mukund is 5 to 15 years.
The curriculum of Bal-Mukund includes a variety of texts such as the Ramayana and Mahabharata, which have been authored by Swami Mukundananda himself. The curriculum also includes other books written by Swami Mukundananda, specifically keeping children in mind. All these books and knowledge are based on Vedic scriptures and Indian epics. Swamiji has written these books in a way that children can easily understand, and therefore, at Bal-Mukund, we use the books authored by Swamiji.
The curriculum is designed considering the age and mental development of the child. For example, kids aged five to seven have a separate meditation class, while kids aged eight and above have a different meditation class. For those aged 12 and above, there is yet another separate meditation class. Similarly, every class is designed with different age groups in mind.
